Yes. Our onboarding team will help you import guest profiles, reservations, room inventory, and historical records from spreadsheets or your current PMS.
Yes — StaySphere is fully responsive. There is no app to download. Staff simply open your property's IP address or domain name in any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) on any device — PC, tablet, or phone — and the full system is available. It runs on a local Windows server so it works on your LAN with or without internet.
Every staff member has their own login and role, important actions are recorded in an activity log, and passwords are stored hashed. With the offline plan your data never leaves your own PC, and Cloud Backup can copy it to your own Google Drive automatically. Online accounts use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and daily backups.
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from the Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
